I have an idea but not a manuscript.
Can you help me?
Yes, we can! Email or direct message us on Instagram for a free consultation. We can help you figure out your next steps and what you will need to do before officially submitting.
Do you offer reviews?
At this time we do not offer reviews of outside books.
Do you charge for your services?
We do not! We look at you and your work as an investment and recoup our money through book sales. You won’t be required to pay for our services such as editing or cover design.
How are you different from other publishing houses?
At Curious Corvid Publishing, the thing we are most passionate about is you. We don’t want to alter your story or change your mind - we want to make your passion come alive in a beautifully made book that you will be proud of. Creative control is very important to us—that’s why C.C.P. was created! When you publish with C.C.P., you work with a transparent group of people whose main goal is to make your book a tangible, well-crafted piece of literature. We work hard to make sure our authors are represented and compensated in a fair and reasonable manner and we take the time to make sure that your book is everything you dreamed it would be—and more!
I’ve done all the work for my book. Can we go straight to publishing?
We know how exciting it is to create your first manuscript. When you’re mere steps away from holding a physical copy it can be almost unbearable to wait any longer! However, part of our job is making sure your book is ready to publish beyond a shadow of a doubt. For that reason, your manuscript will still be screened by one of our in-house editors. They are very good at what they do and very thorough. We’d rather be sure there are no possible errors than rush the project and end up with a mistake that could have been avoided. It’s also important to come up with a marketing strategy and have time to introduce you as the Author and lay the groundwork for a great entry into the book community!
